The Project
Mr. Abdelnour’s residence is a luxurious house covering 2700 square meters. It spans three floors and features amenities such as parking, a multi-purpose hall, dining and reception areas, great and family rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms, terraces, an outdoor swimming pool with showers, a wooden deck, and lush plantations. The residence offers high-end finishing and boasts a stunning view, creating an atmosphere of unparalleled luxury.
Scope of Services
The scope of services for this project involved providing comprehensive technical support to the contractor throughout the entire project lifecycle. This encompassed the development of detailed shop drawings for structural, architectural, and interior design elements in close coordination with the site team, consultant, and construction manager. Effective coordination with subcontractors, including those handling MEP, woodworks, aluminum works, and metal works, was ensured for seamless integration. Accurate quantity take-off and estimation were conducted to support budgeting and procurement activities. The meticulous execution of these responsibilities contributed to the successful realization of the project, facilitating the smooth coordination and integration of various project aspects.
