The Project
GCC Plant was established with the objective of manufacturing various grades of calcium carbonate to meet the highest quality standards. The plant utilizes state-of-the-art technologies and fully maximizes its resources to supply both the local and global markets with top-notch mineral fillers for industrial applications. Spanning across 56,000 square meters of land, the plant is equipped with four production lines that incorporate the latest machinery in the industry. This enables the plant to efficiently and effectively produce high-quality calcium carbonate products to cater to the diverse needs of its customers
Scope of Services
The scope of work undertaken involved the development of detailed construction drawings for the civil and structural aspects of the GCC Plant along with accurate material order. This included creating comprehensive and accurate drawings that served as a guide for the construction process of the plant’s infrastructure. Despite facing tight deadlines and a fast-track construction schedule, the team successfully delivered their services while upholding a high level of quality. One of the major challenges encountered was comprehending the intricate technicalities associated with machinery technologies and installation processes. However, through their expertise and dedication, the team was able to overcome this challenge and ensure that the construction drawings aligned precisely with the requirements of the machinery.
