The Project
The Marina Village is a vibrant component of the prestigious Ayla Development in Aqaba. It comprises four distinct neighborhoods, namely Hayatt Regency with a built-up area of 67,551 sqm, Souk and Souk Hotel spanning 58,130 sqm, the Yacht Club occupying 13,341 sqm, and the River Front Apartments consisting of 180 unique units. Each neighborhood offers a unique blend of hospitality, retail, residential, and leisure experiences, contributing to the allure of the Marina Village as a sought-after destination.
Scope of Services
The scope of services included the development of landscape construction drawings for the prestigious Hyatt Regency Hotel and Souk Hotel. The drawings encompassed various landscape elements, such as three major swimming pools, fountains, reflective and interactive ponds, water features, outdoor SPA, courtyards and Plaza’s, kids club, gardens, driveways, terraces, marina promenade, and more. The project also involved managing the order of external pavers, covering a significant area of 65,000 squared meters, while ensuring timely delivery and cost control. Effective coordination with the construction management team, engineer, and site contractors was maintained throughout the project to ensure compliance with specifications and monitor site progress.
